【Return Policy & Instructions】

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Center or reach out via (Email, LINE). A representative will assist you shortly.

1.Please Note: Once a product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return. Thank you for your understanding. (A product is considered "opened" if the outer plastic wrap has been torn or the product's plastic packaging bag has been unsealed.)

2.Returns are not accepted if more than 7 days have passed since the receipt of the item.

3.Please provide our customer service staff with the recipient's name, email address, landline number, mobile number, order number, and the reason for the return. If a payment method other than a credit card was used, a copy of the front cover of a bank or post office passbook (matching the recipient's name exactly) must be provided to facilitate the refund process.

4.Returned items must be in brand-new (unused) condition and wrapped in their original, unopened packaging. The return shipment must include all items from the original order (including the purchased products, accessories, inner/outer packaging, sales slips, complimentary gifts, product boxes, etc., in their entirety). If all contents of the original order package are not properly packed and returned in full, our company reserves the right to reject the return.

5.Any discounts, promotions, or coupons used during checkout expire upon the completion of the transaction. Please be advised that these discounts cannot be recovered or reissued after a return request has been processed.

【Refund Policy】

1.If you paid by credit card, once the returned items are received and verified by our staff to be in compliance with Section 4 of the 【Return Policy & Instructions】, we will process an online refund to your card. The actual posting date of the refund depends on the billing cycle of your card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank directly to confirm the exact refund date.

2.For payments made via methods other than a credit card, you must provide a copy of the front cover of a bank or post office passbook matching the recipient's name exactly to complete the refund procedure.

3.Once the return is confirmed to comply with Section 4 of the 【Return Policy & Instructions】, the refund will be credited back to your account within 15 to 30 business days.

【Ineligibility for Returns】

1.Returns cannot be processed if the 7-day cooling-off period has expired.

2.A return will be rejected if any item in the order has been opened or compromised (e.g., the outer plastic wrap has been torn, the product's plastic bag has been opened, the item has been sampled, tried on, had tags removed, been washed, soiled, damaged, or has missing contents).

3.Your return privileges will be affected or voided if the returned items do not match the original order, or if any part of the order (including the purchased products, accessories, inner/outer packaging, sales slips, complimentary gifts, and product boxes) is missing or has not been properly and securely packed for shipment.

【Ineligibility for Refunds】

1.For payments made via methods other than a credit card, refunds cannot be processed if a copy of the front cover of the recipient's bank passbook is not provided.

2.For consumers who requested a paper copy of the e-invoice, refunds cannot be processed if the original paper e-invoice is not mailed back to us.

A Friendly Reminder

According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (with the day after receiving the product counting as Day 1). The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Products must be brand new, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return and refund. If the product has been opened, the return and refund process cannot be completed.

If you have questions about the product, or if you are undecided about whether to return or exchange it during the cooling-off period, please do not use the product; otherwise, the return or exchange will be void.
